Our History
Paul C. Higgins, Inc. was founded in 1956 by the late Paul C. Higgins, previously employed as New England Regional Claims Manager of Safeco Insurance Company, and incorporated that same year. Mr. Higgins retired in 1984, and Richard McKenna, who had been in its employ since 1975, became president of the corporation, until his retirement. In May, 2004 Del Cade became the President of Paul C. Higgins, Inc. The corporation is concerned solely with the investigation and adjustment of all lines of insurance claims, working out of a central location in North Haven, CT….
